The Chronicle Mill is an attest to the past, the present, and the future that historic structures do have a place in our built environment. 

Through its decorative oranments, flares of charm, and ever-present embodiment of antiquity, the historic textile mill on N. Catawba Street, Belmont, North Carolina defines who we are, where we came from, and where we are going. 

The mission of this site is to raise awareness for the preservation of our historic built environment, to reach a greater audience of people, and to spread the word about places like the Chronicle Mill give us the roots of our being and the sense of who we are.
